Sana’a: Researcher Raja Mohammed Abdullah Rassam has been awarded a Master’s degree with distinction from the Yemeni Academy for Graduate Studies for her thesis titled: ‘The Role of Human Resource Management Strategies in Improving Job Performance at the Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control in the Capital Secretariat.’
According to Yemen News Agency, the examination committee was chaired by Dr. Ahmed Al-Shami from the Yemeni Academy for Graduate Studies, with Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Makhlafi from Sana’a University serving as an external examiner. The committee was supervised by Dr. Muneer Al-Wasabi. They praised the scientific efforts exerted by the researcher and the study’s findings, which contribute to developing human resource strategies and enhancing performance efficiency and achievement.
