Taiz:The Ministry of Health and Environment has condemned a recent attack by Saudi forces on a maternity and childhood hospital located in the Al-Afa area of Al-Asabih Sub-district, Al-Shamayatayn District, Taiz Governorate. The attack, which took place on Sunday, resulted in severe damage to several departments within the hospital.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry emphasized that targeting hospitals and healthcare facilities represents a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. The statement from the Ministry underscored that this attack exemplifies the ongoing efforts of the Saudi forces to deny the Yemeni population their fundamental right to safe healthcare access.
