Hajjah: The lineup for the semi-finals of the 'Martyrs on the Road to Al-Quds' youth football championship in Hajjah Governorate is now complete. The tournament is organized by Al-Nasr Sports and Cultural Club under the supervision of the Governorate's Youth and Sports Office.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Sumood team claimed the fourth and final semi-final spot as the best second-placed team with three points, after defeating Al-Ittihad Al-Muhammadi 6-0 today in Group 3. Al-Sumood player Murad Rabou'i led his team to the semi-finals by scoring five goals in the match, taking the top scorer spot with six goals overall, while Dahhan Al-Zarqa added the sixth goal.
Today's draw for the semi-final matches, held in the presence of team representatives, paired Group 1 leader Al-Rasheed with Al-Sumood, and Group 2 leader Al-Hilal Al-Ahmar with Group 3 leader Gaza team. Meanwhile, the senior-category match between the late Mohammad Salbah team and Al-Qassam has been postponed to tomorrow morning due to weather conditions and fog.
