Sana'a: The First Undersecretary of Sana'a Governorate, Hameed Asim, along with the Head of the Social Affairs Committee of the local council, Ali Al-Suhayli, inspected the activities of the summer courses in Bani Hushaysh District.
According to Yemen News Agency, Asim and Al-Suhayli, accompanied by Deputy Governor Hassan Mofea, Director of Transport in the governorate Abdul Salam Shawka, District Director Rajeh Al-Hanami, and members of the Central Mobilization Committee Abdul Hamid Al-Ghayathi and Ali Mahaba, reviewed the level of turnout at the summer centers in the Sa'wan area. They examined the implementation of activities and programs aimed at developing students' skills and abilities.
They also listened to various presentations and segments performed by students at the summer centers they visited. The officials praised the commitment of the educational staff and their dedication to achieving the objectives of the summer centers in teaching and memorizing the Holy Qur'an and studying its sciences.
Asim, Al-Suhayli, and their accompanying delegation emphasized the importance of utilizing the summer vacation to enhance students' knowledge and skills. They stressed the need to make good use of students' free time in ways that benefit them and protect them from misguided ideas. They also urged parents to encourage their children to enroll in summer courses and benefit from the diverse programs, which combine education, guidance, cultural awareness, and the strengthening of faith-based identity.
They were accompanied by Education Sector Official Sabri Al-Qahm and a number of local sheikhs.
