Sanaa:Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works, Yahya Al-Sayani, emphasized the significance of the September 21 Revolution in establishing independent and sovereign decision-making for Yemen.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Sayani highlighted that this revolution has broken free from decades of foreign control, positioning Yemen more prominently on the global stage with newfound parity and competence.
The Deputy Minister stated that Yemen's new independent stance is reflected in the development of a robust national military and defense system. This system commands respect from major global powers and aims to establish Yemen's geopolitical importance.
Al-Sayani also stressed the importance of economic independence, acknowledging that political and military autonomy are incomplete without it. The current governmental strategy focuses on eliminating foreign economic dominance and pursuing self-reliance through the effective use of national resources.
He further noted that these efforts are underpinned by an Islamic framework for governance, which the revolutionary leadership aims to strengthen. This foundation is intended to guide Yemen towards security, prosperity, and a dignified future for its people, honoring their endurance and sacrifices.
