Taiz:Seven citizens have been reported as martyred or injured following a Saudi airstrike targeting a residence in the Al-Ma'afir District of Taiz Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry of Health and Environment stated that the airstrike resulted in the death of three women and an elderly man, while three others were injured. This information was described as an initial toll.
The ministry condemned the attack, labeling it a war crime that warrants accountability in international courts. It highlighted that the incident constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.
Furthermore, the ministry criticized the ongoing actions of the Saudi forces, accusing them of implementing a policy of forced displacement against civilians and subjecting them to genocide and severe rights violations through continuous military operations and mobilizations.
