Sana'a: The Shura Council congratulated the Islamic Republic of Iran, its leadership, government, and people, on what it described as a major strategic victory in confronting the systematic war waged by the global forces of arrogance led by the United States and the Zionist entity.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Council affirmed that the steadfastness of the Islamic Republic and its decisive response to the U.S. and Israeli military, economic, and media war represents a victory for the options of resistance in the region. It said this outcome defeats conspiratorial schemes aimed at undermining the sovereignty, independence of countries, and components of the Axis of Jihad and Resistance.
The Council praised the Iranian people's awareness and popular cohesion around their wise leadership, stressing that this unity acted as a solid rock against which all siege, aggression, and soft-war conspiracies directed by Western and Zionist circles were shattered.
It also reaffirmed the Republic of Yemen's firm position in standing with Iran and supporting it in its just struggle to protect its security and sovereignty.
The Council described Iran's strength as a strategic depth and a key pillar for regional security and stability, as well as a major support for just causes of the nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
