Sana'a: Researcher Sharaf Ali Al-Makhdhi has been awarded a PhD with distinction from the Business Administration Center at the University of Sana'a for his dissertation titled 'The Role of Smart Leadership in Improving Institutional Performance through Administrative Creativity in Private Community Colleges in the Capital Secretariat and Amran Governorate.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the examination and defense committee was chaired by Dr. Hamoud Aqlan as an internal examiner from the University of Sana'a. The committee also included Dr. Tawfiq Al-Sanbani as an external examiner from the University of Dhamar, and Dr. Mujahid Al-Mashriqi as the research supervisor from the University of Dhamar. The committee praised Al-Makhdhi's efforts and the quality of his research findings.
The research offered a set of scientific results and recommendations aimed at contributing to the development of administrative policies and modern leadership practices in private educational institutions. These outcomes align with institutional development requirements and aim to enhance the quality of educational performance and services.
The defense session was attended by various dignitaries, including the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali; the President of Amran University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Dula'i; his Deputy for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Abdul Fattah Al-Qaras; the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ali Sharaf Al-Din; and the Education Sector Official in the governorate, Abdulrahman Al-Imad, along with several other officials.
