Shura Speaker and Deputy Visit Martyrs’ Tombs to Honor Their Sacrifices

Sana'a: Speaker of the Shura Council, Mohammed Hussein Al-Aidroos, and his deputy, Mohammed Al-Durrah, visited the tombs of martyrs President Saleh Al-Sammad, Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi, and Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Ghamari in commemoration of Martyr Anniversary 1447 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the visit included several council members and the Council's Secretary-General, Ali Al-Mughani. The Speaker and his deputy laid a wreath of flowers at the tomb of President Al-Sammad and his comrades, reciting Al-Fatiha for their souls and all martyrs of the homeland who perished during confrontations against the American-Saudi-Emirati coalition and the Zionist enemy.

They prayed for the Almighty God to grant all martyrs the highest reward for their sacrifices for the nation and the people, wishing them a place in the highest paradise among the righteous, the truthful, and the martyrs. Al-Aidroos and Al-Durrah expressed their pride in the sacrifices made by the martyrs for the dignity and glory of the Yemeni people, recognizing the noble examples they set in defending national causes, particularly the Palestinian cause.
