Shu’ub District Hosts Workshop on Development Report

Sana'a: The Planning and General Administration Sector for Development Research and Training in the Capital Sana'a organized a workshop on Saturday to discuss the development report and analyze the current situation in Shu'ub District for the year 1447 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the workshop was attended by 25 leaders and staff members from the local authority and executive offices in Shu'ub District. The event aimed to enhance and develop the participants' capabilities in preparing development plans and reports using modern planning methods and participatory work methodologies.

The workshop covered various topics related to the preparation of strategic and implementation plans for the year 1448 AH. It also explored the mechanism for collecting and analyzing development data and indicators, ensuring they align with the district's actual priorities and needs.

Additionally, practical models for preparing development plans and projects were reviewed. These models are intended to contribute to increased performance efficiency and improved quality of planning and service outputs.

Abdullah al-Koul, Director of Training at the Secretariat, noted that the workshop is part of an integrated training program implemented by the Capital Sana'a. The program aims to qualify local leaders and cadres, enhancing their capabilities in planning, development, and report preparation, ultimately serving the development of service and development work in the Secretariat's directorates.
