Aden: Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem Al-Dua'is, inaugurated the second Skills Development Training Forum. The 12-day event focuses on enhancing the skills of government employees and other participants.
According to Yemen News Agency, the forum aims to benefit 4,500 participants from 74 public and private sector institutions. These institutions contribute to the Skills Development Fund, which underscores the collaborative effort to improve workforce capabilities. The forum also includes high school and university graduates, particularly in the fields of sales and customer service, offering them a platform to develop essential skills for their careers.
The initiative reflects a broader commitment to workforce development, addressing the needs of both public and private sectors.
