Sana'a: The Social Insurance Authority in Sana'a concluded a 10-day training course on Wednesday, which focused on management skills under the theme "Management: Simplicity and Seriousness." The course was organized by the Authority's Training Center.
According to Yemen News Agency, the training aimed to enhance the management skills of 18 general managers from the Authority and its branches in Sana'a and the surrounding province. Participants were introduced to modern management tools and practices to help improve work quality and performance levels.
During the closing ceremony, Authority Chairman Ibrahim Al-Hifi commended the trainees for their active engagement and commitment to enhancing their administrative knowledge and skills. He highlighted that the course supports the directives of the revolution's leader to promote responsibility and improve service delivery.
Deputy Chairman Abdulsalam al-Kuhlani elaborated that the program included both theoretical and practical aspects of management. It covered key areas such as leadership skills, team management, time management, and the application of modern tools like Microsoft Outlook and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) performance improvement model.
