Taiz: The sons of Sufi orders in Taiz Governorate honored Ahmed Al-Masawi, the Acting Governor of Taiz, acknowledging his efforts in addressing the Sufi community's needs and easing their challenges within the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Masawi expressed his gratitude to the Sufi orders for their contributions to social cohesion amidst ongoing adversities. He emphasized the critical role of scholars in fortifying internal unity against external aggression, highlighting the local authority's dedication to supporting knowledge and scholars.

Al-Masawi underscored the importance of scholars in guiding and advising on Yemen's current challenges, stressing their role in preserving the social fabric and promoting awareness and education. He lauded the scholars and Sufi orders for their societal roles in resisting attempts to destabilize the nation.

Ali Al-Sarouri, Head of the Scholars Unit and Sufi file representative in Taiz, remarked that the honoring of Al-Masawi was a testament to his impactful role in supporting the Sufi community, which has positively resonated with them.
