Sana'a: Researcher Foud Mohammed Hussein Naji has been awarded a PhD in Business Administration from Sana'a University for his thesis on "The Role of Ethical Leadership in Improving Job Performance in Public Yemeni Joint-Stock Companies Through Administrative Empowerment."
According to Yemen News Agency, the thesis focused on a field study of public Yemeni joint-stock companies and was praised by the discussion committee. The committee was chaired by Dr. Fadl Al-Mahmoudi from Sana'a University, with members Dr. Abdul-Fattah Al-Qars from Amanat Al-Awqaf University and Dr. Ahmed Al-Rahoumi from Thamar University. They commended the research's findings and contributions.
The defense session was attended by the Chairman of the General Authority for Awqaf and Guidance, Alama Abdulmajid al-Houthi, along with academic peers, researchers, and family members of the candidate.
