Sana'a: The Southeast Sana'a Court has granted the defense team in the murder case of Hisham Al-Kayyal and his wife an opportunity to respond to the rebuttals from both the public and private prosecution concerning the motions submitted during today's session.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the session presided over by Judge Jaber Mughlis, the defense team presented memoranda that challenged the validity of various legal procedures, including the arrest, interrogation, and investigation processes, as well as the indictment and administrative lawsuit. Additionally, the defense responded to the evidence presented by the prosecution and requested the release of the seventh defendant, citing his health condition.
