Sana'a: The Southeast Court of the Capital Sana'a held a session on Sunday, presided over by Judge Jaber Maghlis, during which it heard testimony from four prosecution witnesses in the case involving the killing of citizen Hisham Hamid Ali Al-Kiyal and his wife, Asmaa Abduh Al-Dubaibi, on Khawlan Street.
According to Yemen News Agency, the court reviewed the prosecution's requests to hear additional witnesses and to present further evidence, including surveillance camera footage and the confrontation of the defendants with the seized weapons allegedly used in the crime. It also examined procedures related to announcing the fourth defendant, who is a fugitive from justice.
The court decided to adjourn the session to continue hearing the remaining witnesses and evidence, granted the prosecution time to respond to defense requests, and ordered that all parties be provided with copies of the session minutes and the case file.
