Sana'a: Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of the Gambia Fabakary Tombong Jatta. In the cable, the speaker congratulated Jatta and the Gambian people on the occasion of the anniversary of their Independence Day.
According to Yemen News Agency, the message conveyed warm regards and best wishes from the Yemeni Parliament to the government and citizens of the Gambia. The communication emphasized the importance of maintaining and enhancing the friendly relations between the two nations, as well as the shared values and aspirations for peace and development.
