Sana'a: The Education Sector and General Mobilization in Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah District of Sana'a Governorate organized a speech event on Monday to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Jibran Ghubar emphasized that the Prophet's birthday is more than just a historical event; it is an opportunity to renew faith-based identity and derive inspiration from the values of the Noble Prophet, including compassion, benevolence, and solidarity. He pointed to what he described as enemy schemes aimed at undermining the nation's sacred sites and identity.
Mutaher Al-Zawwar, the Education Sector official in the district, affirmed that commemorating the Prophet's birthday revives Muhammad's values and strengthens the people's connection with the Messenger of Allah. He highlighted that the occasion enhances students' awareness of the importance of adhering to the authentic Prophetic approach and called for mobilization and participation in the major event scheduled for Rabi' al-Awwal 12 at Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana'a.
The event included various artistic performances and traditional Bara'a dances presented by students, underscoring the significance of the occasion and its place in the hearts of Yemenis.
A cultural evening was also held in Al-Mahjar Village, Al-Rub' sub-district, within Al-Mikhlaf area. During this evening, Deputy Governor Ghubar and Education Sector official Al-Zawwar reviewed various stages of the life of the Noble Prophet. They stressed that commemorating the Prophet's birthday is a unifying occasion for recalling the values of faith, morality, and compassion, asserting that returning to the Book of Allah and adhering to the path of the Final Messenger are the source of the Yemeni people's strength in facing aggression and the blockade.
Ghubar and Al-Zawwar called on residents of the sub-district to mobilize for the major central event in the capital, Sana'a, reaffirming their steadfast allegiance to the Noble Prophet and conveying to the world a message of the Yemeni people's firm commitment to the authentic Muhammadan path.
