Sana'a: The College of Education, Humanities and Applied Sciences in Khawlan District, Sana'a Governorate, organized a speech event on Tuesday to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. The event highlighted the Prophet's noble values and principles that have established the foundations of justice, compassion, and social solidarity.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Dean of the College of Education, Humanities and Applied Sciences, Dr. Hasil Nasser. Aziz Al-Rajali, the governorate's technical and vocational education official, spoke on the occasion, emphasizing the importance of renewing commitment and loyalty. He urged attendees to put into practice the principles of social solidarity, benevolence, mobilization, preparedness, and jihad, inspired by the Prophet Muhammad's example.
Jihana District Director Saleh Mu'aid stressed the significance of the Prophet's birthday as an opportunity to renew commitment and adherence to the Prophet's teachings. He highlighted the Yemeni people's distinction in honoring and following the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. Mu'aid encouraged participation in activities and events marking the Prophet's birthday and called for mobilization on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal to commemorate the occasion.
During the event, speeches by academics Dr. Mohammed Al-Jaradi and Dr. Saleh Al-Salmi, along with student Asaad Zaid, emphasized that the commemoration is not merely an annual ritual but a commitment to practical conduct. They warned that failing to embody these principles could lead to serious consequences, including fragmentation, loss of identity, and submission to Zionist schemes.
