According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included Ma'een District Director Abdulmalik Al-Radi and other local officials, who reviewed methods to coordinate activities and improve work efficiency. Key topics included addressing performance shortcomings, enhancing sanitation efforts, and improving the district's overall appearance.
The discussions also explored activating community initiatives and the Ma'een Cooperative Society to expand their role in implementing service and development projects. Sharaf Al-Din highlighted the importance of integrating efforts from executive offices and community organizations to address citizens' needs effectively.
Al-Radi emphasized prioritizing service improvements and facilitating efficient citizen transactions, stressing the need for executive offices to fulfill their responsibilities. He noted that community initiatives and cooperative societies are critical for supporting service work and require enhanced coordination.
Attendees called for the practical implementation of the meeting's outcomes, urging increased coordination between executive offices and district leadership and activating partnerships with community initiatives to meet citizens' needs.
