Sanaa:Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabih Nasser has congratulated the national junior football team for reaching the final of the West Asia Championship. The team secured their place in the final with a 2-1 win over the UAE team.
According to Yemen News Agency, Nasser conveyed his congratulations through a phone call to Ahmed Al-Sharafi, a member of the General Football Association and head of the delegation. During the call, he praised the players, as well as the technical and administrative staff, for their performance and technical skills shown throughout the tournament.
