Student Art Exhibitions Celebrate Prophet’s Birthday in Al-Mahwit Schools

Al-mahwit: Al-Mahwit undersecretary of Al-Mahwit province Essam Al-Nazili on Monday opened student art exhibitions at Al-Tamayuz Private Schools, Al-Khansa Girls' School, and Al-Alamiya Private School in Al-Mahwit city to commemorate the Prophet's Birthday.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Nazili, accompanied by Director of the Governorate's Social Affairs and Labor Office Dr. Yahya Al-Tayyari, toured the exhibitions and reviewed their displays, which included models, paintings, photographs, and artistic and creative works reflecting the joy of the Prophet's Birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

The two officials were briefed by the organizers on the exhibition sections, which showcased the talents and abilities of male and female students and teachers, along with models of the Prophet's Mosque and artworks depicting aspects of the Prophet's life, as well as the values and morals embodied in the Muhammadan message.

Al-Nazili praised the exhibitions and their creative works, describing them as an embodiment of the faith-based identity and attachment to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, as well as an effort to instill noble values and principles in the younger generation and students.

He commended the efforts of school administrations, educational staff, and students in preparing and organizing the exhibitions, as well as the high level of creativity and attention given to religious occasions. He stressed the importance of utilizing educational activities and events to promote awareness and reinforce faith-based and moral values among students.

For his part, Al-Mahwit City Education official Malik Al-Shahdhi said the exhibitions were organized as part of the educational and cultural activities accompanying the commemoration of the Prophet's Birthday.

He noted that the exhibitions demonstrated a high level of creativity among male and female students and highlighted the schools' talents and capabilities in artistic, cultural, and educational fields, while helping develop students' skills and encouraging them to participate and be creative.

Al-Shahdhi stressed the importance of continuing educational and cultural activities that connect the educational process with religious and national occasions and contribute to enhancing students' cultural and faith-based awareness and developing their spirit of initiative and creativity.
