Sana'a: A number of schools in the Capital Secretariat organized student protests on Tuesday to condemn the Saudi aggression against Sana'a International Airport and express support for the Yemeni armed forces.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants chanted slogans denouncing the targeting of Sana'a airport and the attempt to prevent a civilian aircraft carrying patients, stranded passengers, and travelers from reaching its destination.
They strongly condemned the continued blockade imposed on the Yemeni people, expressing appreciation to the Islamic Republic of Iran for its stance in helping break the blockade on Sana'a airport and Yemen.
The students renewed their full support for the revolutionary leader and affirmed their backing of the armed forces in taking measures to deter aggression, lift the blockade, secure the rights of the Yemeni people, and end what they described as aggression and occupation.
A statement issued during the protests called for continued activities, support for military mobilization courses, and a general mobilization at all levels to remove occupation, break the blockade, and secure all rights.
The statement said the Saudi authorities' continued blockade of Yemen serves the interests of the United States and Israel, calling on the missile and air forces to respond strongly to what it described as the latest aggression.
