Summer Courses Activities Conclude in Jihanah District, Sana’a

Sana'a: The local authority and general mobilization in Jihanah District, Sana'a Governorate, organized a closing ceremony for the summer courses activities for the year 1447 AH. During the event, the Director of the district, Saleh Ma'yadh, stressed the importance of summer courses in building a generation equipped with the Holy Qur'an, knowledge, and learning.

According to Yemen News Agency, Ma'yadh highlighted the strong community engagement and the encouragement from parents for their children to join these centers. He noted that this reflects a high level of awareness in confronting challenges and efforts aimed at misleading younger generations. He also praised the efforts of the teaching staff and organizing committees, which played a significant role in the success of this year's courses and the achievement of their intended goals.

Ali Al-Ashwal, the educational sector official in the district, noted that this year's summer courses witnessed significant momentum and diversity in cultural, scientific, and sports activities. He mentioned that these courses made a tangible contribution to discovering talents and developing students' capabilities. Al-Ashwal also commended the efforts of the local authority and general mobilization in supporting the education sector to ensure the success of these activities, which help protect young people from distorted cultural influences.

The ceremony featured several creative segments, including poetry recitations, nasheeds (chanting), and theatrical performances presented by students of the summer centers, reflecting the knowledge and skills they had gained during the course period.
