Sana'a: Members of the Shura Council Adel al-Hanbashi and Capital Sana'a Local Council Mohsen Haroun on Monday reviewed the progress of summer program activities in al-Matar, al-Hama, and al-Tayaran neighborhoods of Bani al-Harith district. Al-Hanbashi and Haroun inspected the implementation of summer activities and programs, as well as student attendance and engagement.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials reviewed the progress of summer programs in the Al-Fath neighborhood of Al-Safiya District. In the Old Sana'a district, Capital undersecretary Ali Shuraim and other officials inspected the summer activities and courses in the district's central neighborhood. In a related context, official and community visits to summer centers continued across the various districts of the capital, reflecting a commitment to developing the capabilities of children and youth and investing their time in beneficial activities.
The visitors considered the summer courses a comprehensive developmental project aimed at building a conscious, Quranic generation, armed with knowledge and fortified with values, principles, and a strong faith-based identity, and prepared to face challenges. They discussed the benefits of summer activities and courses in teaching children and youth Quranic culture and beneficial sciences, developing their abilities and skills, and refining their talents in various fields.
They emphasized that summer courses represent a vital resource for protecting future generations from soft warfare and distorted cultures, and for strengthening their faith and national identity. They urged everyone to engage with and support the summer courses and to encourage their children to enroll.
