Sanaa: The Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses at the Capital Municipality honored female students who had mastered the Holy Quran from all summer schools as part of the activities accompanying the Central Exhibition of Activities Outcomes for the year 1446 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, at the honoring ceremony, Iman Al Shami, Head of Quranic Competitions, praised the high level achieved by the female students who had mastered the Holy Quran in terms of memorization, recitation, and correct recitation. She highlighted the dedication and commitment of the students in reaching this level of proficiency.
She explained that summer schools pay exceptional attention to the Holy Quran and its sciences and provide a significant portion of the programs, activities, and subjects taught in summer schools. The focus on Quranic studies is integral to the curriculum, ensuring that students receive comprehensive religious education during their summer schooling.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, which was attended by the chair of the female students' summer courses subcommittee, Ibtisam Al Mahtouri, her deputy, Amira Al Asiri, and summer school officials, gifts were distributed to the students. The ceremony not only celebrated the students' achievements but also encouraged them to continue their studies with the same dedication and enthusiasm.
