Sana'a: A cultural symposium titled 'The Glorious September 21 Revolution: Its Causes and Domestic and International Impacts in Comparison with Other Revolutionary Experiences' was held on Wednesday at Ibb University.
According to Yemen News Agency, the university president, Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili, described the September 21 Revolution as a national milestone that broke the chains of tutelage and dependency on the forces of global arrogance. He emphasized that the courageous national stances taken by the steadfast leadership serve as undeniable evidence that the September 21 Revolution restored Yemen's sovereignty and independent decision-making, free from tutelage, servitude, and mercenary agendas.
The first paper, presented by Mobilization Officer Abdel Fattah Ghallab, addressed the key events and national milestones Yemen has witnessed since the launch of the September 21 Revolution, highlighting its global impact. He noted that today the world sees a strong Yemeni stance in response to the crimes of starvation and genocide committed by the oppressive enemy against the resilient Palestinian people.
The second paper, presented by Dr. Fadl Zaid, explored the national causes and motivations that led to the outbreak of the September 21 Revolution.
In the third paper, the university's Assistant Secretary-General Nabil Al-Warafi outlined comparisons between the September 21 Revolution and other historical milestones in Yemen, emphasizing their role in restoring Yemeni sovereignty, rejecting all forms of servitude, normalization, and mercenary practices.
