Taiz Authorities Assess Al-Mokha Court and Prosecution Office Post-Liberation

Sana'a: The head of the Taiz Court of Appeal, Judge Fawaz Al-Maqtari, and the head of the Appeals Prosecution Office, Judge Abdullah Al-Sanea, reviewed on Monday the needs of the Al-Mokha Court and Prosecution Office following the district's liberation from Saudi enemy forces.

According to Yemen News Agency, the judges met with Al-Mokha Prosecutor Yasser Al-Aghbari to assess the urgent needs and challenges affecting the resumption of judicial work in the area. They examined the readiness of the court facilities and discussed the difficulties faced in restoring operations.

The judicial leaders instructed officials to document the current state of records and documents, report any missing items or damages, and submit a comprehensive report on essential needs and office furnishings. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of integrating the court and prosecution office into the electronic judicial system to modernize operations.

During their visit, the judges also inspected prisoners at the district security administration and pretrial detention facility. They highlighted the necessity of expediting the processing of cases to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Judge Al-Maqtari assured that the judiciary would provide the essential resources required to restore normal operations urgently. He urged judges and administrative staff to resume their duties promptly to serve the citizens effectively.
