Taiz: The Office of Education and Scientific Research in Taiz Governorate inaugurated on Saturday the second semester of basic and secondary education for the academic year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the launch took place at Al-Abbas School Complex in Al-Taiziyah District and Al-Tarbiyah Al-Muasirah Schools in Salah District. During the event, Taiz’s Education Sector official, Abduljaleel Al-Sam’i, commended the impressive level of attendance, discipline, and the seamless execution of the educational process.
He reported that 850 public and private schools have opened their doors to welcome more than half a million students from all districts within the Taiz Governorate. Al-Sam’i emphasized that the education office has developed several programs to enhance the educational experience, recognizing the dedication of educators despite ongoing challenges due to the aggression and blockade.
