Taiz: Taiz Governorate today witnessed massive gatherings across 83 squares in various districts, in marches held under the slogan 'Steadfast with Gaza: Jihad and Perseverance to Confront the Most Heinous Genocide and Vile Conspiracies,' reaffirming ongoing solidarity with the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance against the Zionist aggression.
According to Yemen News Agency, in the march held in Sala District - attended by local leaders, social figures, religious scholars, military and security officials - participants reiterated their unwavering stance in support of Palestine and the resistance in Gaza, fulfilling a religious, humanitarian, and moral duty, and reflecting the Yemeni people's awareness in confronting schemes targeting the Palestinian cause.
In marches held across the districts of Al-Ta'izziah, Maqbanah, Khadeer, Shara'b al-Salam, Shara'b Ar Rawnah, Hayfan, Mawiyah, Al-Mawasit, Al-Silw, Saber Al-Mawadim, Al-Misrakh, Jabal Habashi, and Sama', demonstrators affirmed their commitment to continue weekly, mass marches as an act of jihad for the sake of God, seeking His pleasure, and maintaining a just and honorable stance in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Speakers noted that these weekly gatherings - attended by local, executive, security, and military leaders, as well as community notables and scholars - embody the unity and cohesion of the people of Taiz in facing plots against the Palestinian cause, and reinforce the strength of the internal front.
A statement issued from the marches reaffirmed the commitment of Taiz's residents to continue demonstrating as jihad in the path of God, seeking His pleasure, and steadfastly maintaining their just and principled position in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza, who are enduring the most atrocious acts of genocide and the vilest conspiracies of this era at the hands of the Zionist enemy and its American partner.
