Lahij: Residents of Lahij governorate on Friday took part in three large mass rallies in al-Qabaytah district under the slogan, 'With Gaza. We Will Not Accept the Shame of Abandonment, No Matter the Aggressor's Crimes,' continuing their solidarity with the Palestinian people and support for Gaza. Participants in the rallies at al-Shahid al-Sammad Square in al-Hajar, al-Nasr in al-Ka'bin, and al-Aqsa in Dhamran raised the Palestinian and Yemeni flags while chanting slogans condemning the crimes of the Zionist aggression in Gaza and all of Palestine. They affirmed steadfastness in confronting the Israeli entity and supporting the heroic operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces.
According to Yemen News Agency, attendees, including Deputy Governor Faisal al-Faqih, the governorate's mobilization official Jamil Al-Soufi, the district security director Dawood Abdo, the district mobilization official Nabil Abdullah, and tribal, military, and social leaders, condemned the Zionist aggression against Yemen and civilian areas and properties. They renewed full authorization to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to take all appropriate measures in response to the occupation's crimes, praising the Yemeni Armed Forces' precise operations deep inside Zionist territory that inflicted heavy losses and achieved their objectives successfully.
A statement issued by the rallies reaffirmed their firm stance in continuing jihad in the path of God, rejecting all forms of normalization and complicity with the occupation. The statement warned regimes supporting the Zionist entity against backing the aggression or attempting to protect it, stressing that any new involvement would face an even stronger and harsher response. It noted that recent developments, including the outcomes of the Doha talks, proved the failure of negotiation tracks to restrain the occupation, calling for adherence to the path of resistance and jihad as the only means to reclaim rights and stop the aggression.
The statement praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and the escalating precise operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces, which surpassed the most advanced U.S. and Israeli air defense systems, demonstrating to the Zionist entity that the only way forward is to halt the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza. The statement issued a direct warning to the Saudi regime, along with the U.S., Britain, and anyone attempting to protect the Zionist enemy, emphasizing that they would only face defeat and loss and would encounter a far stronger confrontation if they tried to support the occupation.
