Ibb: The tourism sector in Ibb province organized a recreational trip for 400 students enrolled in summer schools across various districts. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with tourism establishments and the province's summer courses administration.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ghanem Awsaj, the official in charge of the tourism sector in the province, confirmed that the trip featured visits to resorts, parks, swimming pools, and tourist facilities offering swimming and games. This effort is part of the tourism sector's contribution to enhancing summer programs and activities.
Awsaj highlighted that the recreational activities serve multiple purposes, including introducing students to historical and archaeological sites and tourist attractions. The activities also aim to revitalize students' energy, promote a culture of loyalty and national belonging, and deepen their faith-based identity.
The trip specifically targeted students from summer schools in several districts, such as Martyr Mohammed Saeed Al-Kawal School in Al-Qafr District, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib School in Ibb Rural District, and Usama bin Zaid, Ammar bin Yasir, Al-Zahra, and Yemen Martyrs Schools in Al-Mashannah District, among others.
Awsaj acknowledged the support of tourism establishments in organizing these trips, emphasizing the commitment to continue such initiatives across the province. Students participating in the summer courses expressed their appreciation for the tourism sector's efforts in organizing the event.
