Sana’a: Director General of Traffic Police Major General Dr. Bakil al-Barashi conducted an inspection on Wednesday at the General Traffic Department and the Capital Secretariat Traffic Office to evaluate the workflow and performance.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, al-Barashi assessed the operations across various departments, sections, and traffic offices. He expressed satisfaction with the discipline, readiness, and field efforts aimed at serving citizens and enhancing road safety. He highlighted the importance of the holy month of Ramadan as an opportunity to instill values of dedication, discipline, and responsibility among traffic personnel. He urged them to intensify their field efforts to ensure a smooth traffic flow and improve road safety.
Al-Barashi reiterated the Traffic Police’s commitment to continuing the implementation of Ramadan programs and activities that support both its personnel and the community. These initiatives are designed to boost morale and uphold the institution’s mission of serving the nation and its citizens. At the end of his visit, he acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the traffic personnel during the holy month by distributing symbolic gifts as a token of appreciation.
