Sa'ada: A nine-day Training of Trainers (TOT) course has commenced in the Sa'ada governorate, aiming to enhance the administrative and training skills of 24 participants from local authority offices.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course is organized by the Directorate of Administrative Development Research and Training and is funded by the local authority. It is designed to build effective training capacities and provide practical field experience for the participants.
Governor Mohammed Awad has underscored the significance of the initiative in preparing qualified trainers across various sectors. He noted that this effort is a part of the Martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad Project, which seeks to promote administrative development within the region.
Officials have stressed the importance of having skilled trainers to meet the current demands and have commended the ongoing efforts to support capacity-building programs in the governorate.
