Sana'a: Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim met with the President of the Capital Secretariat Court of Appeal, Judge Taha Aqba, to discuss aspects of coordination and joint cooperation within the framework of integration between government institutions. The meeting aimed at enhancing the synergy between the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and judicial authorities to ensure justice and promote the public interest.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussions focused on the progress of adjudicating cases related to the Ministry that are currently before the courts. Both parties explored mechanisms to streamline judicial procedures and expedite rulings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding rights.
Minister Qahim reiterated the Ministry's dedication to bolstering its cooperation with the judiciary. He highlighted the importance of this collaboration in facilitating the resolution of cases involving the Ministry and its affiliated bodies.
Judge Aqba emphasized the need for ongoing communication between the Ministry and judicial entities. He noted that such coordination not only enhances institutional performance but also ensures that cases are addressed effectively within the legal framework.
