Sanaa: The Minister of Transport and Public Works, Qahim, conducted an inspection at the ministry's headquarters on Sunday to oversee the processing of citizen transactions and ensure their prompt completion. During his visit, Qahim engaged with several citizens to gain insights into their experiences, particularly the challenges and barriers they encounter in accessing services.
According to Yemen News Agency, Qahim directed administrative officials and employees to streamline procedures, expedite the resolution of pending transactions, and address any challenges faced by service seekers in line with existing regulations. He emphasized the ministry's commitment to not tolerating delays or inefficiencies in service delivery. The minister asserted that enhancing services, ensuring citizens can access their rights, and completing their affairs with transparency and ease are central to the ministry's objectives.
