Baadan: A large tribal gathering was held in Baadan district of Ibb governorate to affirm readiness for future challenges and to commend recent security operations. The event was attended by governor Abdulwahid Salah, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabih Ali, members of parliament and the Shura Council, and local officials.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants expressed unwavering support for Gaza and pledged preparedness to confront any hostile activities. A statement issued at the gathering welcomed the security forces' reported dismantling of a spy cell, describing it as evidence of their vigilance and professionalism. The statement declared general mobilization, urged unity in defending national security, and reaffirmed support for the leadership in all necessary decisions.
Speakers emphasized solidarity with the Palestinian cause, praised the role of the armed forces, and called on the judiciary to expedite legal action against those accused of espionage. Participants also voiced full support for security institutions and urged citizens to cooperate in safeguarding stability.
