Saada: A tribal reconciliation in the Sahar district of Saada Governorate settled a murder case between the Al-Rayes and Al-Qarash families from the Abqour area, the incident occurred on May 25, 2020.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the reconciliation, the heirs of the victim, Saeed Mohammed Mahdi Qarash, announced a pardon for the perpetrator, Ali Jibran Salem.
