Marib: The people of Al-Kawlah area in Rahbah district and Shuja'a area in Harib al-Qaramish district, Marib province, organized two speech events commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) under the slogan "Hiyah minna al-thillah" (Never to Humiliation).

According to Yemen News Agency, the events were attended by local and mobilization leaders who emphasized the importance of reviving the Ashura anniversary. The gatherings aimed to draw lessons and inspiration from the principles, values, and morals of Imam Hussein (pbuh) and his sacrifices in confronting injustice and tyranny.

The speeches delivered at the events highlighted the Hussein revolution as a foundational moment in Islamic history. It was described as the first revolution where truth stood entirely against falsehood, aiming to correct deviations within the nation of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his household).

Speakers also addressed the reasons for the nation's deviation from Muhammad's guidance and its resulting weakness. They noted that the ongoing events in Gaza are an extension of enabling Jews and Christians to dominate the Muslim world.

The speeches concluded with a reaffirmation that Yemen remains steadfast in upholding the values and principles of Imam Hussein's revolution. The nation continues to support truth, follow his path in defending national causes, and sacrifice to confront American-Zionist aggression and its tools in the region.
