Sana’a: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Youth Sector, Abdullah Al-Razihi, met with Yemeni traveler Raouf Qutaibi, who hails from Al-Hudaydah Governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, Qutaibi arrived in the capital, Sana’a, on his motorcycle after completing a challenging journey. This journey was part of an international tour where he represented Yemen in the 6th Arab Brothers Rally held in Jordan. This event marked the first time a Yemeni participant took part in international motorcycle rallies.
