Amran: The University of Amran held a scientific conference on Saturday to discuss 11 graduation research papers presented by the third cohort of students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences' General Medicine and Surgery program. University Rector Dr. Mohammed al-Dhulai highlighted the importance of such conferences in enhancing academic quality and strengthening the link between education and applied scientific research.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Mohammed al-Eryani, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, stated that the conference reviewed 11 research papers addressing a range of medical and health-related issues. The studies were conducted under faculty supervision and evaluated by academic reviewers in accordance with quality and accreditation standards.
During the conference, graduating students presented summaries of their research methodologies, findings, and recommendations, including analyses of various clinical cases and health phenomena. The event concluded with members of the third graduating class taking the medical oath, reaffirming their commitment to professional ethics and the provision of healthcare services to the community.
