Sana'a: On this day, April 5, the aircraft of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression targeted citizens' homes, fishermen, airports, and service facilities across various governorates. According to Yemen News Agency, on April 5, 2015, three citizens were killed and nine others were injured in airstrikes by the aggression's aircraft targeting trucks transporting food supplies in the Hays District of Al Hodeida Governorate. The attack led to the destruction of approximately 160 tons of food supplies. Additionally, three children from one family were injured in the Bani Matar District in Sana'a Governorate due to the airstrikes. On April 5, 2016, airstrikes caused significant damage in the Nihm District of Sana'a Governorate, targeting the areas of Malah and Al-Mahjar. In Taiz Governorate, the international airport and several districts faced severe damage due to a series of airstrikes. On April 5, 2017, four fishermen were killed by Apache helicopter airstrikes on the Al-Tayf coast in Al Hodeida Governorate. Further airstrikes targeted various districts, resulting in multiple casualties and damage to infrastructure. In 2018, the aggression's aircraft launched numerous airstrikes across multiple governorates, notably targeting the hills of Al-Rayyan and Sana'a International Airport. Several facilities and properties were destroyed or damaged as a result. April 5, 2019, saw continued violence with the targeting of farms and residential areas. Mercenaries of the aggression abducted a citizen's family in Al Hodeida Governorate, and several airstrikes caused further destruction. The following year, on April 5, 2020, airstrikes and artillery shelling led to casualties and destruction in various governorates, including Taiz and Al Hodeida. Residential areas and public facilities suffered significant damage. In 2021, artillery shelling by mercenaries resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to multiple citizens in Taiz Governorate. Airstrikes in Marib and Sa'dah Governorates caused additional damage and casualties. On April 5, 2022, and 2023, the aggression continued with reconnaissance aircraft launching airstrikes and mercenaries establishing combat fortifications in Al Hodeida Governorate, leading to ongoing violence and instability in the region.
