US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Causes Destruction and Casualties on May 13 Across Multiple Years

Sana'a: On this day, May 13, historical records reveal a pattern of aggressive actions by US-Saudi-Emirati forces and their mercenaries across various governorates, resulting in numerous deaths, injuries, and widespread destruction of both private and public property.

According to Yemen News Agency, on May 13, 2016, a child was injured by a cluster bomb explosion left behind by the aggression in the Bani Saad area of Haydan District in Saada Governorate. The air force launched 18 raids on the Mahlahal area of Khamer District in Amran Governorate, causing extensive damage. Mercenaries also targeted Al-Hawl area in Nihm District, Sana'a Governorate, and Al-Omari schools in Dhubab District, Taiz Governorate with artillery.

On May 13, 2017, the air force conducted raids on locations in Jizan and the border district of Al-Dhaher in Saada Governorate, resulting in destruction to farms and civilian property. Khalid Camp in Mawza' District and areas east of Yakhtal in Mokha District, Taiz Governorate, were also targeted. Mercenaries shelled civilian homes in Harib Al Qaramish District, Marib Governorate.

On May 13, 2018, airstrikes targeted a fisherman's boat off the port of Al Haymah in At Tuhayta District, Hodeida Governorate, and various areas in Haradh and Midi Districts, Hajjah Governorate. The aggression also targeted the Habab area in Sirwah District, Marib Governorate, and launched attacks in Saada Governorate, including Al Dhaher District and Sahar District. Wadi Jarrah in Jizan experienced airstrikes as well.

On May 13, 2019, six civilians were killed when a coalition airstrike targeted a car in Majz District, Saada Governorate. Hodeida Governorate experienced heavy artillery shelling by coalition mercenaries in various districts, including Hays, Ad-Durayhimi, and At-Tuhayta, causing significant damage to civilian properties.

On May 13, 2020, the hostile aircraft launched multiple raids targeting areas in Sana'a, Bayda, and Najran. Saada Governorate faced airstrikes and artillery attacks, particularly in Al-Dhaher and Kitaf districts. Hodeida Governorate also experienced heavy shelling and the establishment of combat fortifications by mercenaries.

On May 13, 2021, the aggression launched multiple raids on Khab wa Ash Sha'af district in Jawf Governorate and Sirwah district in Marib Governorate. Spy aircraft dropped bombs in At Tuhayat district, and mercenaries shelled multiple areas in Hodeida Governorate.

On May 13, 2022, the bodies of seven citizens tortured by Saudi border guards were reported to have arrived in Saada city. Combat fortifications were established by mercenaries in Marib city, and they launched artillery attacks across several governorates, including Hajjah, Marib, Saada, and beyond the border. In Hodeida Governorate, spy aircraft launched raids and mercenaries shelled various areas with rockets and artillery.
