US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Inflicts Heavy Casualties on December 11 Over the Years

Sana'a: On this day, December 11, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its mercenaries targeted citizens in their homes, on roads, and in civilian facilities using internationally prohibited weapons, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of dozens, including women and children. According to Yemen News Agency, on December 11, 2015, hostile aircraft launched three airstrikes on the al-Amrur area in Shahil District, Hajjah Governorate, causing damage to farmland. The following year, more than eight citizens were injured, and two trucks and a vehicle were set ablaze due to two airstrikes targeting the al-Sukhna junction in Al-Hodeida Governorate. The aggression continued with multiple airstrikes in 2016 on various locations, including the al-Nakhila area and the coastal strip in Durayhimi District, Kamaran Island, and other districts, leading to significant damage to infrastructure and loss of civilian life. In 2017, the violence escalated as eight citizens were martyred in an airstrike on a vehicle in the al-M ahjar area in Mokha District, Taiz Governorate. The aggression also targeted educational facilities, homes, and farms across different districts, causing widespread destruction and loss. By 2018, the aggression had resulted in the martyrdom of a woman and injuries to others due to shelling by mercenaries on citizens' farms in Beit al-Faqih District, Al-Hodeida Governorate. Airstrikes targeted farms, residential areas, and other civilian facilities, resulting in extensive material damage. In 2019, the situation remained dire as Saudi border guards' gunfire martyred a citizen in the al-Raqou area in the Munabbih border district. The aggression launched several airstrikes on Shada border district, causing further casualties and damage. The following year, in 2020, a citizen was injured by Saudi border guards, and multiple areas in Saada came under missile and artillery fire, damaging farms and property. Hostile aircraft continued their attacks with airstrikes on various districts, exacerbating the humanitaria n crisis. In 2021, two citizens were martyred when an airstrike hit their home in Bani Haddad area in Haradh District, Hajjah Governorate. The aggression also launched multiple airstrikes on other areas, leading to injuries and destruction. On December 11, 2022, the mercenaries continued their attacks, shelling multiple areas in Al-Hodeida Governorate with artillery and various weapons, persistently worsening the humanitarian situation in the region.
