US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression Results in Civilian Casualties and Infrastructure Damage

Sana'a: On this day, May 24, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its mercenaries targeted citizens and their properties with airstrikes, missile, and artillery shelling, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of dozens, including children, and causing massive destruction to infrastructure and private property. According to Yemen News Agency, the aggression on May 24, 2015, led to five citizens being martyred in airstrikes by the aggression's warplanes on the Security Administration of Al-Ja'fariyah District in Raymah Governorate. Additionally, three citizens were martyred and 12 others injured due to enemy airstrikes on the Dhahyan area in Sa'dah Governorate, with further strikes impacting the Marran area in Haydan District. Nine citizens sustained injuries from airstrikes by the aggression's warplanes on Al-Asha, Jabal Dhin, and Al-Qaflah in Amran Governorate, which also disrupted telecommunications by damaging transmission and broadcasting stations in Jabal Dhin. The aggression's warplanes also targeted the Aviation and Air Defense College on alsitiyn Street in the Capital Secretariat, alongside Al-Sawad and Raymah Humaid camps, and the Al-Sabaha area in Sana'a Governorate. In subsequent years, the aggression continued its attacks. On May 24, 2016, five citizens were martyred and two passersby injured by gunfire from the aggression's mercenaries in Taiz Governorate. The mercenaries shelled various areas, including Dhubab and Al-Wazi'iyah District, and the aggression's warplanes launched airstrikes in Al-Jawf and Marib Governorates, causing significant destruction. By May 24, 2019, nine citizens, including children, were martyred in an airstrike on a fuel station in Mawiyah District in Taiz Governorate. The mercenaries continued shelling in Hodeida City and targeted oil storage in Al-Durayhimi District, while Saudi missile shelling hit villages in Razih border district in Saada Governorate. On May 24, 2020, airstrikes by the aggression's warplanes led to the martyrdom of three citizens and injuries to o thers along the main road in the Marran area of Haydan District. The attacks extended across multiple districts, including Al-Dhahir and Baqim in Sa'dah Governorate, and targeted residential zones with artillery and machine guns. The aggression persisted in the following years, with airstrikes and artillery shelling causing casualties and damage in various governorates. On May 24, 2021, a citizen was injured by Saudi border guards' fire in Sa'dah Governorate, and the aggression's warplanes launched airstrikes in Marib and Al-Jawf Governorates. By May 24, 2022, three citizens were martyred at the site of a crashed aggression spy aircraft in the Capital Secretariat. Mercenaries established combat fortifications and targeted areas across several governorates with artillery and gunfire. On May 24, 2023, mercenaries continued their operations by establishing combat fortifications and shelling areas in Al-Tuhayta District in Hodeida Governorate. A year later, on May 24, 2025, three African migrants were injur ed due to Saudi enemy fire and remnants of aggression ordnance in Saada Governorate.
