Sana'a: On this day, April 17, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression targeted Sana'a International Airport and the homes and farms of citizens in various Yemeni governorates, resulting in deaths, injuries, and extensive destruction.
According to Yemen News Agency, on April 17, 2015, the aggression's air force launched a series of raids on Sana'a International Airport during the landing and departure of a Jordanian plane, threatening the safety of the plane and its passengers, including stranded Yemenis arriving from Jordan and foreign nationals waiting in the airport lounges for the plane's departure.
On April 17, 2017, the air force launched three raids on the Mawza' district, three on the Yakhtol area in Mocha district, and one on the Mocha junction in Taiz governorate. In Sa'ada governorate, nine raids were launched on the Dhaher district, including six on Wadi Khalaf and two on the Tha'ban area. Three raids were carried out on the Al-Zamah area in the Baqim district, causing damage to citizens' property and farms.
In 2018, a woman was injured by Saudi missile and artillery shelling on the border district of Razih in Sa'ada governorate. Similar shelling targeted various areas in the districts of Haydan and Dhaher, causing damage to homes and property. Hostile aircraft also launched multiple raids on the districts of Majz and Baqim, among others, causing damage to farms and property.
The aggression continued in 2019, with mercenaries targeting the Al-Jabaliyah area in the Tohaita district in Hodeida governorate with artillery shelling and machine guns. The southeast of Hays District and civilian homes in Doraihimi District faced artillery shelling, and several residential neighborhoods in Hodeida City were targeted.
In 2020, the coalition's air force launched airstrikes on Madghal District, Majzar District, Salb area in Marib Governorate, and other districts in Jawf Governorate. Meanwhile, mercenaries shelled various areas in Hodeida Governorate with artillery.
On April 17, 2021, the aggression's air force launched multiple airstrikes on the eastern Al-Mashjah area in Sirwah District, Marib Governorate, and several areas in Hodeida Governorate were subjected to artillery shelling by mercenaries.
In 2022, two citizens were killed in the Al-Faza area and Al-Nasser village in Tohaita District, Hodeida Governorate, due to the explosion of objects left behind by the aggression. The aggression's spy aircraft launched airstrikes on the governorate, and mercenaries targeted areas in Marib and Sa'ada Governorates with missile strikes.
On April 17, 2023, a citizen was killed by Saudi artillery shelling in Munabih District, Sa'ada Governorate. The aggression's spy aircraft launched raids on the Maqbana district in Taiz governorate and Hays district in Hodeida governorate. Mercenaries established combat fortifications in the Al-Jabaliyah area in Tohaita district and shelled various areas in Hodeida.
