New york: The main stock indices on the American 'Wall Street' exchange closed their trading yesterday, Wednesday, on a decline.
According to Yemen News Agency, the 'Standard and Poor's 500' index fell by 91.71 points, or 1.37 percent, to close at 6,624.38 points. Meanwhile, the 'Nasdaq' Composite index dropped 327.03 points, or 1.45 percent, to 22,152.50 points. In turn, the 'Dow Jones' Industrial index fell 793.23 points, or 1.69 percent, to end the session at 46,200.03 points.
