Al-mahwit: Al-Mahwit governorate witnessed angry protest vigils today after Friday prayers, denouncing the repeated American and Zionist insults to the Holy Quran, embodying the verse: "Say, O People of the Scripture, do you resent us except because we have believed in Allah."
According to Yemen News Agency, there was a strong condemnation of the insult to the Quran and the burning of the Mushaf, which were considered provocations to Muslims and violations of sanctities. These actions were seen as exposing the Zionist and American enmity towards Islam.
Participants in the vigils expressed their rejection of the Arab and Islamic silence regarding these crimes. They called on peoples to activate a comprehensive economic boycott of American goods and the products of countries that support these insults.
The participants affirmed their adherence to the Quran as the path to dignity, honor, and liberation. They also expressed their support for the "blockade for blockade" equation and backed the armed forces in their strikes against Saudi enemy mobilizations.
The vigils called for continued mobilization, general mobilization, and high readiness at all levels. There was also interaction with the Prophet's birthday events, with participants decorating mosques and homes and engaging in charity campaigns under the slogan "merciful among themselves."
