Visit to Graves of Nation’s Departed, Al-Habishi, Nasser, on the Sixth Anniversary of Their Passing

Sana'a: The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for International Cooperation, Ambassador Ismail Al-Mutawakkil, visited today in Sana'a the graves of the nation's departed, Ahmed Al-Habishi and Dr. Shafeeq Nasser, on the anniversary of their passing.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister Al-Mutawakkil, accompanied by the director of "SAM FM" radio, Hammoud Sharaf al-Din, along with a number of intellectuals, media figures, and relatives and admirers of the two departed, placed two wreaths of flowers on the graves of Al-Habishi and Nasser, and recited Al-Fatiha for their souls.

Al-Mutawakkil and Sharaf al-Din praised the virtues of the two departed and their jihadist and national stances in confronting the American, Saudi, and Emirati aggression. They pointed out that the visit comes to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the passing of the nation's departed, Al-Habishi and Nasser.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and the director of "SAM FM" explained that commemorating the anniversary of the two departed is the least duty in appreciation of their great contributions and stances.

For his part, cultural activist Mohammed Al-Abid affirmed the importance of commemorating the anniversary of the nation's departed, Ahmed Al-Habishi and Shafeeq Nasser, who gave so much to the homeland. He pointed out that the two departed had a profound impact within society as two free voices resisting the aggression and mercenaries, and they were national platforms that spoke out strongly against the aggression on the homeland and in defense of the nation's causes.

Meanwhile, the families of the two departed, Al-Habishi and Nasser, expressed their appreciation for this generous gesture by "SAM FM" radio to commemorate the anniversary of the two departed, embodying the values of loyalty and pride in national symbols.
