Visit to Local Products Factory in Hajjah Highlights Local Economic Initiatives

Hajjah: The Deputy Governor of Hajjah, Mohammed Al-Qadi, and the Director of the Economy, Industry, and Investment Office, Mahmoud Wahban, visited a local products factory in the governorate center. Their visit focused on understanding the manufacturing processes and the factory's expansion needs.

According to Yemen News Agency, factory official Ahlam Rayban provided Al-Qadi and Wahban with an overview of the detergent production process, detailing the materials used and the factory's requirements for scaling up production. The visit underlines the governorate's plans to support local products and small projects, aiming to achieve self-sufficiency and reduce dependency on imports.

Al-Qadi and Wahban reiterated the commitment of the governorate's leadership to promote and market local products. They are actively seeking sponsors to supply raw materials, facilitate product purchases, and ensure sales, in alignment with the directives of the revolutionary leadership, the Change and Construction Government, and the Ministry.

Furthermore, the Deputy Governor and the Economy Office Director explored the activities of several private institutes. They discussed organizing training courses to enhance the skills of productive families and ensure meat sellers adhere to approved pricing, further supporting local economic initiatives.
